Delete Your Poli Account
You can request deletion of your Poli account and associated app data from inside the app or from this web page.
Delete from the app
- Open Poli and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
This is the fastest path because it verifies that the signed-in account belongs to you before deletion starts.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Poli account. Include the subject Poli account deletion request.

Account deletion removes your Poli account, profile preferences, onboarding preferences, learning progress, saved content, tutor history, generated content tied to your account, and local/offline app data where applicable.
Important: temporary account deactivation is not used as a substitute for deletion.
Retention notes
Some payment, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained only when required or where there is a legitimate reason. Active Stripe subscriptions are scheduled to stop renewing when possible, but you should also manage any active subscription from your billing provider if needed.
